We can do feasibility reports, pre auction/offer reports, consent applications and project management of the infrastructure works. We can project manage your project from start to finish.
We are also able to undertake all the civil components of the build - we just don’t do houses.

Meet Chris,
Chris is a Chartered Civil Engineering Technician with membership to Engineering New Zealand and a Surveyor with membership to the NZ Institute of Surveyors. Chris holds both a NZ Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration from the University of Auckland’s Business School.
Chris has over 25 years’ experience working within the New Zealand, Australian and Asia Pacific construction, property, civil and mining sectors in a variety of senior roles. Including lead roles, as a Development Manager, Contract and Project Manager with Client-side Project Manager and Project Engineer experience, on many challenging high value multi-disciplinary construction initiatives covering large residential subdivisions, commercial subdivisions, master planned communities, civil works infrastructure and retail complex developments.
Having worked for both the principal developer and contracting firms Chris has a strong ability in analysing every aspect of a construction project, identifying commercial opportunities and maximising return on investment.
Chris has the ability to cohesively unite teams of people, focusing their effort, ensuring they are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities in order that key deliverables are met throughout the course of a project. Chris's people management and communication skills are of the highest quality and his extensive knowledge enables him to effectively relate to the various stakeholders involved in a project including clients, consultants, local authorities and subcontractors.
